Direct Therapy

In some cases, direct therapy may be provided by a BCBA on a part-time basis (anywhere from 5-20 hours) in the home, school, or community setting. If direct therapy is provided, parent training is required at a minimum of once a month. At this time, direct therapy is not available for clients requiring full time hours.

Home

Provided directly in home and utilize the client’s natural environment to work on skill acquisition targets and behavior reduction as needed. A good setting to work on daily living skills such as dressing and grooming.

School

ABA therapy within a classroom and school setting to improve academic and social skills alongside behavior management. Individualized support to improve learning outcomes and reduce disruptive behaviors.

Community

ABA therapy in various community settings such as stores, daycare or after-school programs to practice and reinforce learned skills in real-life situations, rather than just a clinical setting.
