Clinical Director
Hi, I’m Giovanna Brown, M.S., BCBA/LBA, the founder and clinical director of Behavior Impact Solutions LLC. I started this practice to give families access to high quality ABA that feels personal, supportive, and truly collaborative. My goal is to make therapy approachable, meaningful, and built around your child’s strengths.
I’ve been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2018, gaining hands on experience across center and home environments. Over the years, I’ve supported children with a wide range of needs, focusing on functional communication, daily living skills, behavior reduction, and caregiver empowerment.
I earned my M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis in December 2023 and successfully passed my BCBA board exam in February 2024. Becoming a BCBA allowed me to take the next step in my career—building a small, relationship‑centered practice where I can stay closely involved in every case and ensure families receive consistent, high‑integrity support.
Behavior Impact Solutions was created with intention: to remain small, personal, and deeply connected to the families we serve. I believe that meaningful progress happens when caregivers feel supported, children feel understood, and therapy is built around real‑world goals that matter.

Hello! I'm Leah Bex, a Student Analyst and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with three years of hands-on experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and their families.
I recently graduated with my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and am working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of helping children develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while celebrating every milestone—big and small.
At Behavior Impact Solutions, I believe every child deserves individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care. I am passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where children can thrive, build confidence, and reach their fullest potential. My goal is to partner with families by providing high-quality, ethical ABA services that focus on each child's unique strengths and needs.

Who We Support
We provide ABA therapy services for families in Louisiana. These services include assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic support delivered through a compassionate, family-centered approach.
For families in any state, we offer parent coaching, a non-clinical, educational service focused on routines, communication, behavior support, and everyday challenges. Sessions are held via secure telehealth and include practical tools like visuals, routines, scripts, and step-by-step strategies you can use right away
We also create digital guides and tools for parents everywhere who want simple, step-by-step support they can use immediately, at their own pace.
